For some time we were looking for a second female to welcome in our cattery. That search came in a hurry when Éowyn gave birth to only one kitten, a son (Casey). For several reasons we would love to see him become father in the future.
And then the lovely and beautiful little Garance came on our way, thanked to a friend. Garance is born in Vancouver, Canada. Her pedigree is a nice outcross, she has the face of a little angel and looks that we can use in our cattery and would complement Casey. We liked what we heard about her personality: an outgoing girl, the leader of the gang and for nothing afraid. That’s how we like it to see!
On August 23 we welcomed Garance in our home. She found her best friend in Casey. They love to play together. Hide and seek in the tunnels we have for our cats, running and wrestling. From time to time you can find them together in a basket. All this is so nice to see! 
Garance has a very sweet and friendly personality. She loves attention, being cuddled and laying on our lap. We always get lots of kisses of her. 
Garance is still young and we are curious how she will develop. Her colour and ticking can be better, but we also see this is still coming, it needs time. We love Garance her face, she has a very nice look and eyes. She also has an excellent profile and firm chin. And a nice long and busy tail, we love that. Her coat has a lovely silky texture and excellent length. And on top of everything she has perfectly black heels and a nice ruff. We hope she will pass this on her future babies!
Till now, Garance has been to two shows. The first one was in Canada, a TICA show, when she was exactly 4 months old. The judges loved her and found her such a sweet and very promising young girl. Her second show was here in Groningen, when she was 8 months old. The judge liked her a lot, especially her look, head and the soft lines in her face. He also remarked she is a very promising young lady. Besides all this, Garance behaves very well at shows. She is relaxed in her cage and on the judging table and the visitors love her.
